Our Nicaraguan La Bastilla single-origin is something truly special. A medium roast, grown in rich volcanic soils at 1300-1500 meters, these SHG (Strictly High Grown) beans ripen slowly, giving them that perfect balance of sweetness and complexity.
The anaerobic fermentation process is what makes it truly special, as the beans ferment and develop without oxygen, creating a unique depth of flavor that’s hard to find.
