Shipping Terms & Conditions:
Thank you for shopping with East Wind Coffee Roasters! Below are the terms and conditions that define our shipping policy.

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all coffee bean and coffee drip orders over $35 within the United States. This offer applies to orders before tax and excludes heavy, oversized, or fragile items such as brewing equipment and drinkware, which may incur additional shipping fees.

For dry goods and equipment orders:

  • Orders under $99 within California are subject to a $5 flat rate shipping fee.
  • Orders under $99 to all other U.S. states (outside California) are subject to a $10 flat rate shipping fee.
  • Orders over $99 (excluding coffee beans and drip coffee) qualify for free shipping.

Some coffee accessory/gear items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may be subject to a flat rate fee by the manufacturer.

Free shipping is available only for delivery addresses within the USA. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not support international orders.

Order Processing:
All coffee orders are freshly roasted and processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that we do not process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or holidays. During peak times, such as holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay in shipping your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, and order contents. We ship through various carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and others. Delivery times may vary, and while we provide estimated delivery dates based on carrier guidelines, we cannot guarantee specific arrival times once the package is in transit. However, we are happy to assist with tracking and ensuring the safe delivery of your freshly roasted coffee.

Taxes & Duties:
East Wind Coffee Roasters is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied to your order during or after shipment. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages:
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods when filing your claim.

Returns Policy:
For information about returning your order, please refer to our Return and Refund policy in Section #6 of the Terms and Service.
