Colombia - Gesha Reforest Project
Mangosteen • Pink Pomelo • Jasmine Tea
Celebrate one of the world’s most prized coffees, Gesha, a legendary varietal famous for its floral elegance, delicate sweetness, and unmatched cup quality. Rare and difficult to cultivate, Gesha requires meticulous care, low-yield harvests, and ideal growing conditions, making every lot an exceptional find.
This Gesha microlot is grown near El Vergel Estate in northern Tolima, South of Caldas is part of The Reforest Project: Planting Seeds of Change, an initiative to plant 50,000 native trees and restore Colombia’s coffee landscapes. Handpicked cherries undergo 36 hours of aerobic and 96 hours of anaerobic fermentation, followed by hybrid drying to preserve its extraordinary complexity.
The result is a refined cup layered with exotic mangosteen, the citrusy brightness of pink pomelo, and a delicate jasmine tea finish. A truly rare experience in both flavor and purpose.
