From the celebrated Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, this Chelchele washed lot is a beautiful expression of clarity, florals, and vibrant fruit. Grown at high elevations in the Banko Chelchele Gedeo Zone, is carefully processed using a traditional washed method, this cup is elegant, tea like, and refreshing. Expect notes of bright berries, juicy melon, and delicate jasmine tea, layered with sparkling acidity and a clean, silky finish. It's light and vibrant.

This Grade 1 washed lot is produced by 368 smallholder farmers cultivating traditional Ethiopian heirloom varieties under the shade of native trees including Enset, Albizia, and Acacia. Every cherry is hand sorted and meticulously processed to preserve the clean and expressive character Ethiopia is known for.
